BUILDER CONSTRUCTION FINANCING

EPI Mortgage Center specializes in innovative financing solutions for builders and developers. We’ve provided financing during boom times and in recessions and we bring a thorough understanding of the market to our innovative programs. Offering both institutional and private financing, our specialty is a “Builder Blended” product, which combines the flexibility of private financing with the competitive rates and fees offered by banks.

At EPI, we make all decisions in-house—within 48 hours and can typically close within two weeks, assuming all necessary information has been submitted. When underwriting clients, our goal is to create long term relationships. We look beyond credit and income—to character, experience and quality of craftsmanship. 

We understand the demands of your profession and that you don’t have a lot of extra time for paperwork.  Leave that to us.  Your initial completed package is all we typically need to get started.  After your first house is built we will need plans/specs and cost breakdowns, and if the home is pre-sold, a contract with the customer.

Our process is so streamlined that no other lender, including banks, can match us. Inspections and disbursements are convenient and flexible. Our inspectors will go out within 24-hours of notification and funds may be disbursed within three business days.  For some of our preferred builders we offer same-day disbursement funds, as well as short-term, unsecured personal loans.
